As I have told many times, the quality of the runes along the side of ring is so weak you can't hardly see them. This also applies to the tree of life design. Addiontionally, ring is alot smaller than what I expected. I stated to your service dept that I would send the ring back. I asked for the address where i could send ring but haven't received same. This ring doesn't represent the quality of the rings advertised.
Just so you know I love these rings. In hindsight I should have ordered the black ring.
I'm sure if Upper Management had of seen this ring prior to it being shipped it wouldn't have gone out.
When i speak I do so with conviction.
