I’m not one to post a review but not only did the product not meet the expectation of the advertised product, it arrived chipped (second image).
On top of that I’ve had continuous back and forth with the customer service team regarding returning/refunding the item. They are very reluctant to adhere to their own refund/return policy (stated on the website ‘full refund credit to payment method’ at time of writing) and insist on negating a partial refund.
I advise that any international customers be cautious when buying from this site.
Its so high up it gets caught on everything. And isnt true to size. Im a 9 and ordered a 9 and it is basically falling off. Also it is NOT the same silver design in the pics
This is NOTHING like shown. Tiny stone and a HUGE gap between it and the metal. You ad showed a full stone filling that area. This is horrible and unwearable. I filed a claim with PayPal when you didn’t respond. Shame on you for scamming people
This ring was deformed in that the silver work was above the stone with a gap, the stone was small and flat and didn't even fit in the overly large setting. This was extreemly disappointing and is unwearable!
Just beautiful also the boxing was a surprise the presentation was just amazing. My daughter was shocked when she opened it. Then she found the ring and keep asking where I bought them. Thanks for making her mother's day 💕 ❤️ 💗 💓.
Very disappointed! When i saw the ring on the picture i thought it was very pretty but when i received it today got very disappointed nothing like the picture showing, its raised up from one side ! Nothing like advertising! Not what i expected!
